From skeptic to believer

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options along with fantastic customer service, made me feel valued.

There was an issue with the TV channels, lacking sufficient English and news options, a minor letdown.

We truly enjoyed being there and will be back. The hotel was ideal and the staff was hospitable, it had marvellous location to Dinzenghoff shopping mall. The service provided there was great. Besides, we parked the car nearby.

What a thoroughly enjoyable stay, no complaints. Clean small hotel with very friendly staff. Incredible and marvellous location in Tel Aviv, near all the Highlights as well as the beach at Tel Aviv Staying here. Great beds, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room. Private parking nearby provided. The early check-in process too.

Hotel on the seafront, room is big, clean with sea views, in a room bathrobe, iron. Service is excellent. We are delighted.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The breakfast was beyond my expectations,, a real spread of good food that kept me full for hours. Another highlight was the staff, who treated me like family,, remembering my name by day three.

It wasn't cheap, but I found it still acceptable.

Waves at sea!!!

Staff was very friendly and accomodating (and spoke english). Best complimentary breakfast we ever had. Location was perfect (immediately across the street from the beach). Our family of 7 stayed 5 nights in two adjoining rooms. We found the rooms very comfortable, excellent air conditioning, and clean. I don't think we could have found a better place so close to the beach at such a good rate and so good of quality. Will definitely stay there again if/when we visit again.

Helpful hotel staff attended to my concerns promptly.

The rooms are in dire need of updating, showing signs of age throughout. My bathroom was cramped. I experienced issues with the phone and fridge not functioning, frustrating .

It was close to the beach but does not have a sea view

Staff was not friendly and for a four star hotel the standard was well short of what I expeced. I booked for two nights but only stayed one and moved to a another four star which was cheaper and much better

The rooftop pool offered fine views, and the staff provided really good service. While the corridors showed signs of age, the vibrant art throughout the hotel made for a charming atmosphere.

the bathroom was too small to move in it, the water pressure in the shower was non-existent, there was an awful smell/stench in the underground parking lot.

I had a wonderful stay for 4 nights while visiting some local attractions. The staff were supportive, making my experience enjoyable despite a few outdated aspects of the room. The location was ideal for exploring shops and dining options. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast selection each morning.
